Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process:
Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions before returning any item.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized, used, damaged due to misuse, or personal hygiene items are non-returnable.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available upon request, following the return of the original product.
